CIPC de Taboexa
The Heritage Interpretation and Socio-Cultural Centre of Taboexa, in As Neves, has a permanent room with panels showing the cultural heritage of the parish: hill forts, petroglyphs, church, chapels, stone crosses, petos de ánimas (soul niches) and water mills.
Its mission is to research, conserve, disseminate and promote the surrounding area, and it offers guided tours, audiovisual screenings and outdoor routes. It is the point from which visits to the petroglyphs of A Coutada —with a large carved horse— and other rock art in the municipality are arranged, one of the most significant finds for Galician rock art in recent decades.
