Carballeira do Cacharado
An urban oak grove in the heart of A Cañiza, covering some 6,000 square metres and filled with centuries-old oak trees.
It is one of the town's green lungs and a much-loved leisure space with a recreational area, children's playground and healthy-living zone. It is the traditional setting for the Feira do Xamón (Ham Fair), held every 15 August.
