Gastronomic route of pinchos and tapas celebrated in Ponteareas, promoted by the Department of Commerce to revitalize the local hospitality sector.
For several weeks, participating venues offer pinchos and tapas created exclusively for the occasion at popular prices, competing in the categories of «miniature cuisine» and «tavern pincho». Customers receive a passport to stamp at each venue, allowing them to vote for their favorite tapa and enter raffles for gifts, dinners, thermal baths, or vouchers. A jury of industry professionals and culinary educators awards the official prizes, creating a lively social gathering.
