Gastronomic fair celebrated in As Neves since 1991 on the Friday and Saturday of Easter Week, declared a Festival of Tourist Interest in Galicia in 2013.

The traditional curd cheese ('requeixo'), recognized as a «Galician Artisan Food» since 2023, dates back to the Middle Ages when residents of Cerdeira gifted this delicacy to pilgrims traveling along the Friars' Way. The chosen dates preserve tradition: women historically sold the cheese on Fridays (market day) and during Easter, taking advantage of the holidays to maximize sales. The fair combines the exaltation of this dairy product, drizzled with local honey, with cultural promotion.
