Rock in Rio Tea Festival
Free rock festival celebrated in early July at the Parque da Feira Vella, in the heart of Ponteareas, organized by the non-profit Rock in Rio Tea association.
With a trajectory spanning over a decade, it is one of the most important free festivals in Galicia, featuring a lineup that blends established rock, punk, and rap groups with emerging bands. A major highlight is its Band Competition, which allows novel groups to showcase their music and share the stage with renowned artists, alongside performances by students from the CDM Rock School. The event includes a gastronomic zone and an artisan market in a family-friendly atmosphere.
